Lord Allah wouldn't punish them while you are present in them; while they are seeking forgiveness, Allah wouldn't punish them.
"Lord Allah wouldn't punish them while you are present in them” doesn’t mean that Lord will punish them after the departure of Messenger. But if a forerunner believer who propagates Adhikr as the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium is present in them, Lord will not punish them.
Today, the hypocrites and their followers Mushriks all over the world by hiding and rejecting Adhikr have become true disbelievers, wrongdoers and transgressors as explained in verses 5: 44, 45 and 47. Shortly, Mahdi will appear in Hijaz and then all believing men and believing women all over the world will be separated into Hijaz to punish the hypocritical men and women as well as Mushrik men and women as told in verse 48: 6. Under the leadership of Mahdi, Adhikr will be translated into different languages and will be propagated throughout the world. By the departure of the last forerunner, the pole-shift of the earth will happen, and Antichrist will appear and will rule all over the world except Hijaz. The disbelievers in Hijaz will be expelled from there into Antichrist's ruling places. Hypocrites and Mushriks will accept Antichrist as a prophet for food and water, then even as a lord for getting cloning copies of different male and female for sexual pleasures. Later after about one and quarter years, Jesus will come and he will kill the Antichrist. Then all 'other-people' belonging to Messenger's community such as Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, Christians will accept Adhikr and Islam, and they will kill all hypocritical men and women as well as Mushrik men and women. Thus, the command of verses 4: 91; 9: 5, 123 and 33: 60-61 will be implemented. See explanations 2: 166-167; 5: 60; 7: 127 and 137.
